Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid seats or cohort fees invoiced by Automatedsystemspro. The website does not collect payment; eligibility is assessed against your enrollment invoice and this policy.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date stated on your confirmation. Requests inside 14 days are considered for partial credit only.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when Automatedsystemspro cancels a cohort, when you cancel 14 or more days before start, or when we cannot deliver the purchased facilitation window for reasons solely within our control.

Partial refund conditions

Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive up to 50% of seat fees as credit toward a later cohort within twelve months. After a cohort begins, unused modules are not refunded proportionally except where required by mandatory law.

Non-refundable items

Custom translation of worksheets, completed on-site travel costs already incurred, and third-party venue fees marked non-refundable on the quote are excluded. Seats terminated for uploading production merchant PII against classroom rules are non-refundable for the affected module week.

Refund process

Email contact@automatedsystemspro.digital with your invoice number, seat holder name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request meets full or partial criteria.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval. Bank or card timelines may add additional days beyond our transfer.

Refund method

Funds return to the original payer via the same method used on the invoice when possible. Credits for later cohorts are issued by written confirmation.

Cancellation by Automatedsystemspro

If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a new date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law prevail where they grant broader rights than this policy. Force majeure events may shift dates rather than trigger automatic refunds when a reasonable reschedule is offered.
